When looking at your website conversions you may come across the term call to actions. Call to actions or CTA’s are something on your site that prompts the visitor to carry out an action. It may be that you are getting people to buy a product, enquire about a product, request a sample or information pack or call you. Call to actions can be displayed in many ways. It may be hyperlinks within your text, banner images within the content or down the side or pop up boxes asking the visitor to interact.
CTA’s are used to help the flow of traffic and are often extremely successful. A CTA can often show customers a problem that they can relate to and offer them a solution. This allows the visitor to see how your business can help them and therefore they are more likely to respond to the Call to Action.
